We're booking catering now. Call or email with how many people you're feeding and your date. We'll get back to you within one business day with options, pricing and a pickup time.
What we offer

Box Lunches

  • Each box includes a whole sandwich, two sides, chips and a cookie or bar
  • Sides: pasta salad or fresh fruit
  • Minimum order of 6 boxes
  • Please order at least 2 business days ahead

How to order

Order at least 2 business days ahead

1. Call or email

Reach us at (507) 934-9898 during business hours, or email orders@diamonddustmn.com any time. Tell us how many people are in your group and the date you need it.

2. We'll get back to you

Within one business day, we'll send your options and pricing and confirm a pickup time.

3. Pick up at the shop

Swing by 320 Sunrise Drive at your pickup time and your order will be packed and ready.

Lead time

Box lunches and trays need at least 2 business days' notice. For orders over 30 boxes, please give us a week.

A note on cakes and special occasions

We're not currently taking orders for wedding cakes, tiered cakes or decorated cupcakes. Cookie trays and baked goods for events are ready to order — call or email and we'll help however we can.
